Overview

• The voluntary recall covers 2.5‑lb Endico bags of Peas & Carrots (lot 110625; produced June 11, 2025; use by June 10, 2027) and Mixed Vegetables (lot 170625; produced June 17, 2025; use by June 16, 2027).
• Affected products were distributed July 18 through August 4 to local distributors in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Florida.
• Endico ceased distribution after Pennsylvania sampling detected Listeria monocytogenes in finished product, and an investigation with the FDA is ongoing.
• No illnesses have been reported to date; consumers should not eat the recalled vegetables and should return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
• Bags are clear plastic labeled Endico, and lot codes are printed on the side; questions can be directed to Endico at 1-800-431-1398.
