Endico Recalls Frozen Vegetables Over Listeria Risk in Seven States and D.C.

State testing in Pennsylvania detected Listeria in finished bags, prompting an FDA-posted voluntary recall.

Overview

  • The recall covers Endico Peas and Carrots lot 110625 (production June 11, 2025; use by June 10, 2027) and Mixed Vegetables lot 170625 (production June 17, 2025; use by June 16, 2027).
  • Products were distributed July 18 through August 4 to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Florida and Washington, D.C., via local distributors.
  • No illnesses have been reported to date, and Endico has halted distribution while it works with the FDA to investigate the source of contamination.
  • The vegetables were sold in clear 2.5-pound bags under the Endico label with the lot codes printed on the side of the package.
  • Consumers should not eat the recalled items and may return them for a full refund or call 1-800-431-1398 with questions.
