Endeavour Mining Appoints Sonia Scarselli as EVP of Exploration

Sonia Scarselli, formerly of BHP, will lead Endeavour’s exploration efforts starting December 2024.

Sonia Scarselli will replace Jono Lawrence, who is leaving the company at the end of the year.
Scarselli brings extensive experience from her roles at BHP, including VP of Exploration and BHP Xplor.
She will oversee Endeavour's target to discover 12-17Moz of Measured and Indicated resources by 2025.
The Executive Committee will have 30% female representation following her appointment.
Scarselli holds advanced degrees in Geological Science, Geology, and an MBA, and has served in various advisory roles.
