• Diana Bates, 16, was last seen around 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 3, in the 6900 block of West 69th Avenue in Arvada.
• Her phone was last known to be near West Sixth Avenue and Federal Boulevard in Denver on Saturday, Oct. 4, according to CBI.
• The Colorado Bureau of Investigation issued a missing endangered person alert at the request of Arvada police, and the alert remains active.
• She is described as Hispanic, about 5 feet tall and 130 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes, braces, a nose ring, and a birthmark on the right side of her face; she was last seen wearing a black top.
