Overview
- EnBW rolled out EnBW collect for private customers on its mobility+ tariffs on Wednesday, June 17, and point collection now runs automatically after a one-time app login.
- Customers earn two points for each kilowatt-hour they charge at EnBW stations and can convert 500 points into €5 of charging credit inside the EnBW mobility+ app.
- The launch is limited to private mobility+ tariff holders, excludes commercial accounts, and currently allows points to be redeemed only as charging credit.
- EnBW says it piloted the program with about 5,000 users and plans later to run time- and location-based bonus promotions to nudge drivers toward off-peak or selected chargers.
- EnBW’s large HyperNetz of more than 8,000 fast chargers gives the program broad reach, and the modest rebate (about €0.02 per kWh) is meant to boost customer retention and help manage charging loads alongside the company’s S/M/L tariffs.
