- The XLIX national residency exam runs Sept. 23–25 with morning (08:00–14:00) and evening (16:00–22:00) sessions.
- Six versions have been preloaded on tablets and remain under Sedena custody to protect exam integrity and confidentiality.
- Test sites are in León, Puebla, Morelia and Mérida, selected to distribute capacity nationwide.
