Overview
- Preparations were underway in Mojacar on Saturday as staff set up chairs, parasols and floral arrangements in the courtyard of a 16th‑century church ahead of a blessing for a smaller group of guests.
- Reports say about 50 friends and family will attend the courtyard blessing while as many as 200 guests have travelled to the town for the evening reception and after‑party.
- Several cast members from the TV series Rivals, including Alex Hassell, Victoria Smurfit, Bella McClean and Rufus Jones, were seen arriving in the area ahead of the events.
- Organisers delivered large supplies of Cava, beer, wine and spirits to two neighbouring restaurants the couple rented, and a three‑course dinner under a lit Ficus tree plus a DJ booth were reported as reception plans.
- The Mojacar celebration follows a legal ceremony in Bedfordshire a few weeks earlier, honours Atack’s childhood holidays and her father’s former property in the town, and the bride has said children are not invited to this second event.
