Embraer Posts Strongest Second-Quarter Deliveries in 16 Years

Improved production pacing drove a jump in handovers and left the company’s full-year delivery ranges unchanged.

Overview

  • Embraer delivered 65 aircraft in 2Q26, a 48% increase from the prior quarter and 7% rise year on year.
  • Total deliveries for the first half of 2026 reached 109 aircraft, about 20% more than the 91 aircraft delivered in 1H25.
  • Commercial Aviation handed over 20 jets in the quarter, including six E195‑E2s, while Executive Aviation accounted for 45 business jets led by small and medium models.
  • The company recorded no Defense & Security deliveries in the quarter but reaffirmed its 2026 targets of 80–85 commercial and 160–170 executive deliveries.
  • Embraer credited production leveling and steady demand for the gains and noted its long track record of more than 9,000 aircraft delivered since 1969, a scale that supports airline and business-jet networks worldwide.
