Embracer Group Reports Financial Recovery Amid Restructuring and Strong Game Sales

Embracer Group's Q3 2024 net revenue reached SEK 7.3 billion ($679 million), a 3.4% year-over-year decline attributed to divestments and fewer major releases.
The company reduced its net debt from SEK 16.1 billion ($1.48 billion) to SEK 3.2 billion ($296.6 million) over the past year, following a major restructuring effort.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance II, released in February 2025, is approaching 2 million copies sold and has significantly exceeded sales expectations.
The PC/Console segment saw a 23% revenue drop year-over-year, though organic growth across the company improved by 7%, driven by successful game launches and subscription deals.
Embracer is developing 10 AAA games, with two planned for release by the end of the next fiscal year, and anticipates growth in its mobile games segment in the coming year.
