• Embracer Group has announced its rebranding to Fellowship Entertainment, a name reflecting its ownership of The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit IPs.
• The company will spin off Coffee Stain Group, known for franchises like Goat Simulator and Deep Rock Galactic, as a publicly listed entity by the end of 2025.
• Fellowship Entertainment will employ approximately 6,000 people across 30 countries and will manage over 300 intellectual properties, including Tomb Raider and Kingdom Come Deliverance.
• Anton Westbergh, co-founder and CEO of Coffee Stain, will lead the newly independent Coffee Stain Group, which will house over 250 developers and publishers.
• Lars Wingefors, CEO of Embracer Group, will oversee Fellowship Entertainment, Coffee Stain Group, and Asmodee Group through the privately held Embracer AB.
