Jiménez, once a top MLB prospect and 2020 Silver Slugger recipient, has struggled with injuries and declining offensive production in recent years.
The slugger hit a career-low .626 OPS with six home runs in 98 games split between the White Sox and Orioles during the 2024 season.
Jiménez was traded from Chicago to Baltimore at the 2024 trade deadline and became a free agent when the Orioles declined his $16.5 million club option for 2025.
