• Sixteen-year-old Manny Collins disappeared on May 8 in Columbia Heights while staying with his father and is believed to have gone missing against his will.
• Investigators from the Columbia Heights Police Department, Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, FBI and Anoka County Sheriff’s Office are conducting a detailed search at the Waste Management Landfill in Elk River.
• Authorities have asked residents on University Avenue Northeast to inspect their properties for any suspicious items and submit home or business surveillance footage from May 8–12.
• Law enforcement has identified a person of interest but has made no arrests or revealed whether any evidence has been found at the landfill.
• Collins’s mother, Ashley Berry, continues to appeal publicly for information and remains in close contact with investigators.
