Elizabeth Olsen Moving on From Scarlet Witch Role, Focused on Other Projects

Elizabeth Olsen is currently on a break from playing Scarlet Witch in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and does not miss the role.
Olsen is proud of her work as Scarlet Witch over 10 years but is exploring new acting opportunities outside of Marvel.
There are no plans for Scarlet Witch to return, though Olsen will voice the character in an upcoming animated series.
Olsen was surprised by the villainous turn Scarlet Witch took in the recent Doctor Strange film but embraced the challenging opportunity.
If Olsen's time as Scarlet Witch were to end, she would remain grateful for the experience and talent that allowed her to portray such an iconic character.
