Elizabeth McGovern Joins AMC's 'The Talamasca' Series

The 'Downton Abbey' star will play Helen, a leader in the secretive society, in the third installment of AMC's Anne Rice Immortal Universe.

Elizabeth McGovern will star as Helen, a seasoned veteran and leader of the New York Motherhouse in AMC's 'The Talamasca'.
The series is the third installment in AMC's Anne Rice Immortal Universe, following 'Interview with the Vampire' and 'Mayfair Witches'.
McGovern joins previously announced cast members Nicholas Denton and William Fichtner.
The six-episode series will focus on the men and women responsible for tracking and containing supernatural beings around the world.
Production is set to begin next month in Manchester, England, with a premiere slated for 2025 on AMC and AMC+.
