Music producer Michael Corcoran and actress Elizabeth Gillies have sought a restraining order against a troublesome neighbor in Toluca Lake, California, who has allegedly entered their home without permission and exhibited disruptive behavior.
The neighbor has been described as 'violent, disturbed, intrusive, and threatening', and has allegedly harassed and spied on the couple's tenants, causing one tenant to move out due to fear and anxiety.
Corcoran, who is also the landlord of the property, claims that the neighbor's actions have significantly impacted his rental income, as he feels morally obliged to inform potential renters about the situation.
In one extreme instance, the neighbor reportedly called the police on Thanksgiving 2022, making false allegations against Corcoran and Gillies, leading to a police search of the property that found nothing.
The couple is now awaiting the court's decision on their request for a restraining order against the neighbor.
