Election Commission Seeks Public Feedback on ECINet App Before Jan. 10

The unified platform replaces dozens of election tools to speed polling data releases.

Citizens have been asked to submit suggestions through the ECINet app’s “Submit a Suggestion” tab by January 10, 2026.
Trial versions are available for download on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
ECINet integrates roughly 40 legacy applications and websites, including Voter Helpline, cVIGIL, Saksham, Polling Trends, and Know Your Candidate.
The app was tested during the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 and recent bye-elections, with refinements drawn from officials and observers.
The Commission says the platform provides faster polling percentage trends and enables publication of Index Cards within 72 hours, with an official launch set for later this month.
