Overview
- The collision occurred Thursday around 2 p.m. at the railroad crossing near Las Posas Road and 5th Street in the Oxnard Plains area outside Camarillo.
- Southbound Metrolink Train 118 struck a Honda Ridgeline on the tracks between the Oxnard and Camarillo stations.
- All 14 passengers and the two-person crew reported no injuries, and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene.
