Elderly Cyclist Dies After Foothill Expressway Collision in Palo Alto

Police are seeking witnesses, noting no indication that drugs or alcohol played a role.

  • The driver, described as being in their 90s, remained at the scene and cooperated with officers, and police report no apparent involvement of drugs or alcohol.
