• Elden Ring: Nightreign features two tiers of Smithing Stones that boost weapons to +1 with common stones and to +2 with rarer stones
• Smithing Stone 1 appears in glowing boxes, world chests, and from ghostly merchants while Smithing Stone 2 is earned via purple reward totems after defeating elite and boss enemies
• Anvils located near merchants and in prep areas allow players to apply Smithing Stones for essential weapon enhancements ahead of Nightlord challenges
• Stonesword Keys drop from breakable boxes, enemy corpses, and world chests and can also be purchased from merchants if needed
• Using Stonesword Keys at Imp statues unlocks Evergaol bosses, which yield purple-rarity reward totems upon successful completion
