- Major chains and platforms are on board, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Bodega Aurrera, Amazon, Mercado Libre, OXXO, Liverpool and Sears, with more than 200,000 businesses expected nationwide.
- Starting Nov. 13, participating stores must display a QR code that confirms registration, shows location and promotions, and ensures purchases qualify for the SAT raffle, which accepts electronic payments from 250 pesos made Nov. 13–17.
- BBVA will allow single purchases from 3,500 pesos to be deferred to 3 months with the first payment in March 2026 via app activation, and it offers an automatic 10% bonus on purchases of 5,000 pesos or more at 12–24 MSI in participating merchants.
- Scotiabank announced up to 20% in bonuses, e‑commerce discounts on Amazon and Mercado Libre, and up to 18 months without interest at select retailers during the Nov. 13–17 window.
- Profeco urged planned, price‑compared shopping, clarified differences between offers and promotions, and reminded consumers to keep receipts and verify warranties of at least 90 days, as business groups project sales above 200 billion pesos and promote support for small businesses.
