Eknath Shinde Launches Major Housing and Development Projects in Navi Mumbai

Chief Minister Eknath Shinde inaugurated 26,502 housing units under the 'My Preferred CIDCO Home' scheme, part of a larger 67,000-unit initiative.
The housing scheme targets Economically Weaker Sections and Low-Income Groups, offering units in strategic locations near commercial hubs and railway stations.
The inauguration also included 25 projects by Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation and eight by CIDCO, with a combined value of ₹410 crore.
Key infrastructure developments include a Maharashtra Bhavan, a new football ground, and an expanded Kharghar Valley Golf Course.
Projects aim to enhance Navi Mumbai's role in the region's economic growth, aligning with national goals to boost the economy.
