Liam Kirk delivered a standout performance, scoring four goals, including his first professional hat-trick within a five-minute span in the first period.
The Eisbären took control early, leading 5–0 within 19 minutes, with additional goals from Ty Ronning, Blaine Byron, and Olivier Galipeau.
Despite Schwenningen's efforts, including goals by Mirko Höfflin, Alexander Karachun, and Arkadiusz Dziambor, the game remained firmly in Berlin's hands.
