  • The 27-foot Chris-Craft Launch capsized Saturday near D.L. Bliss State Park when a sudden squall produced 8-foot waves and wind gusts over 35 mph.
  • The El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed the victims’ identities as Paula Bozinovich, Terry Pickles, Joshua Antony Pickles, Peter Bayes, Timothy O’Leary, Theresa Giullari, James Guck and Stephen Lindsay.
