- DRG, CRPF and local police arrested eight near Polampalli in Bijapur, seizing an IED, a cooker bomb and a tiffin bomb, with three detainees carrying rewards totaling Rs 3 lakh.
- A CoBRA 206 commando was hurt by a pressure IED near Pujari Kanker in Bijapur during a patrol and is reported stable.
- In Dantewada, a joint team detained six suspects who, according to police, admitted planting a 0.5 kg pressure IED to target patrols, which was defused on site.
- The Dantewada accused were booked under Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita sections 61(2)(a), 190 and 191(2) and under Sections 4 and 5 of the Explosive Substances Act, with court proceedings initiated.
- In Narayanpur, district police and ITBP recovered three command-cooker IEDs of about 5 kg each between Kodliyar Bichpara and Neecheppara that the bomb squad neutralized after a targeted search.
