• Witnesses and a police official said the person had checked decibel levels, filmed the event, and repeatedly called police about noise before the eggs were allegedly thrown.
• Residents reported the objects were hurled from the 16th floor and found a broken egg near two female police personnel, prompting additional police deployment at the complex.
