Overview
- The rule, published on October 20 in the Diário Oficial, applies to Sisu 2026 and allows use of Enem 2023, 2024 or 2025, with the highest weighted average determining classification.
- For registration, ranking and selection, the score from the edition that yields the candidate’s best weighted average will be considered according to each course’s weightings.
- Candidates remain ineligible if they scored zero on the essay or took the test as a treineiro, maintaining existing Sisu eligibility exclusions.
- After waiting-list calls and institutions’ own processes, unfilled seats may be offered by addendum only to students who took part in the most recent Sisu edition.
- The change appears in Edital No. 22/2025, and higher-education institutions can adhere via the Sisu Gestão platform from October 27 to November 28; Enem 2025 is set for November 9 and 16 nationwide, shifting to November 30 and December 7 in COP30 host municipalities in Pará.
