Overview

  • Vehicles with red sticker and plate endings 3 or 4 may verify in Edomex from September 1 through October 31, 2025.
  • Pink sticker units with plate endings 7 or 8 have a September 30, 2025 cutoff to verify in CDMX and Edomex.
  • In Edomex, green sticker (1 or 2) verifies October–November with a November 29 deadline, and blue sticker (9 or 0) verifies November–December with a December 31 cutoff.
  • Edomex verification fees are 453 pesos for hologram 1 or 2, 566 pesos for 0, and 1,131 pesos for 00, while CDMX charges 738 pesos across holograms; qualifying hybrids and EVs are exempt from payment.
  • Edomex’s plate-replacement program ends August 31, 2025 for affected vehicles, with sanctions of up to 20 UMA, potential plate removal or impoundment, and possible inability to verify if the process is not completed.
