Eddie Redmayne and Gayle Rankin to Star in Broadway Revival of 'Cabaret'

"Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club" experience begins previews at the August Wilson Theatre on April 1, 2024, with the immersive production featuring Redmayne in his Olivier-winning role from the London performance, with the highly anticipated Rankin set to play the toast of Mayfair, Sally Bowles.

Eddie Redmayne and Gayle Rankin are set to star in the revival of 'Cabaret' on Broadway, with Redmayne reprising his Olivier-winning role as the Emcee from the London performance.
The immersive production, directed by Rebecca Frecknall, begins previews at the August Wilson Theatre on April 1, 2024, and is being transformed to evoke the atmosphere of 'the Kit Kat Club', a Berlin nightclub during the rise of the Nazi regime.
Besides acting, Redmayne also serves as producer for this production, as he did in the West End. This production won seven Olivier Awards making it a highly anticipated event for the Broadway season.
Rankin, known for her roles in 'Glow' and 'House of the Dragon,' will play Sally Bowles, a role that deeply revolves her understanding of herself as an artist.
The show will have a limited run, set to end on August 31, 2024, with Redmayne not performing on Monday evenings and Rankin not performing at Wednesday matinees after June 17, 2024.
