Overview
- Resolution 1776/2025 extends emergency and/or disaster status for flooded rural districts in Bolívar, 9 de Julio, Carlos Casares and Tapalqué from September 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026.
- Resolution 1782/2025 extends drought relief for livestock operations in Río Negro from June 1, 2025 to May 31, 2026, adding Ñorquincó, Pilcaniyeu and 25 de Mayo to Avellaneda, Conesa, El Cuy, General Roca, Pichi Mahuida and Nueve de Julio.
- The district of Mandisoví in Entre Ríos is declared in emergency for citrus farms hit by hail and wind from May 5, 2025 to May 4, 2026.
- Producers must obtain certificates from provincial authorities to access benefits, and provinces must send certified lists to the Executive Technical Secretariat of the National Commission on Agricultural Emergencies and Disasters.
- Banks and ARCA are instructed to implement the law’s tax and credit benefits, and the Agriculture Secretariat is empowered to sign agreements necessary for execution; separately, Agriculture announced diesel support equal to 1.5 million liters for 25 flooded Buenos Aires municipalities to restore rural access.
