Overview
- Resolutions 1502/2025 and 1503/2025, signed by Economy Minister Luis Caputo and published in the Official Gazette on October 3, formalize emergency and/or disaster status in defined zones of Entre Ríos.
- Citrus operations in Federación and Concordia are covered from July 4, 2025 through July 15, 2026 following severe frosts recorded between June 30 and July 4.
- Soybean farms in Rincón de Nogoyá (Victoria) and horticultural producers in Distrito Primero (Colón) are covered from March 1 to August 30, 2025, while pecan producers in that district are covered through February 28, 2026.
- The determinations follow a September 15 recommendation by the National Commission on Agricultural Emergencies and Disasters after a technical review involving INTA, SMN, ARCA, Banco Nación, the Central Bank, and producer groups.
- The Entre Ríos government must submit certified beneficiary lists to the commission’s executive secretariat so ARCA and Banco Nación can apply tax deferrals or exemptions and banking facilities provided by the law.
