• Official results are available today in the Gaceta Electrónica at miderechomilugar.gob.mx, which requires a folio and CURP to access and is the only valid document for enrollment.
• The SEP reports that roughly 95% of more than 270,000 applicants were assigned to one of their top three choices.
• UNAM (ENP, CCH) and IPN (CECyT, CET) retained entrance exams, while other subsystems moved away from a general test under ECOEMS.
• Capacity expanded by more than 37,000 seats with new planteles and programs such as digital animation, urbanism, e-commerce, nanotechnology and business intelligence.
• An extemporaneous registration will run 21–28 August for applicants who did not register earlier or did not obtain a place at UNAM or IPN.
