• The broadcast period will run from the publication of contesting-candidate lists in each phase until two days before the poll, with slots fixed by a draw of lots overseen with CEO Bihar officials present.
• National parties and recognised state parties will access Doordarshan and All India Radio on regional networks across Bihar through these digital allocations.
• Parties must submit transcripts and recordings in advance that comply with ECI content rules, with recordings produced only in studios meeting Prasar Bharati technical standards or at DD/AIR Kendras.
• Prasar Bharati will host up to two panel discussions or debates on DD and AIR featuring one representative per eligible party under an approved moderator.
• The rollout aligns with the election timetable as nomination deadlines fall on October 17 for the first phase and October 20 for the second.
