Lord's will host a women's Test match for the first time in 2026

Overview

  • The ECB released the full itineraries on July 24, confirming venues and dates for India’s men’s and women’s white-ball tours in 2026.
  • The men’s team will play five T20Is from July 1 in Durham through July 11 in Southampton before three ODIs from July 14 at Birmingham to July 19 at Lord’s.
  • BCCI vice-president Rajeev Shukla has confirmed that Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will be available for all three ODIs in England.
  • India Women will contest three T20Is between May 28 and June 2 at Chelmsford, Bristol and Taunton, then play the inaugural women’s Test at Lord’s from July 10 to 13.
  • These tours form part of a landmark 2026 summer that also features the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup and multiple bilateral series across formats.
