Overview

• Applications are open for positions at Luton, London Gatwick, Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol, Edinburgh and Glasgow engineering bases.
• Minimum entry requirements are at least two GCSEs at grade 3 or above (or SCQF Level 4) including English and Maths.
• A company-commissioned survey of 2,000 people aged 16–24 found 65% had never considered engineering, with perceived barriers including lack of qualifications (59%), limited school exposure (34%) and cost concerns (21%).
