Overview
- EastEnders topped the results with eight awards, including Best British Soap, Best Dramatic Performance for Steve McFadden, and Best On-Screen Partnership for Rudolph Walker and Angela Wynter.

- Hollyoaks earned three prizes, with Isabelle Smith named Best Newcomer, its sibling sexual abuse storyline winning Best Storyline, and the Osbornes taking Best Family.
- Emmerdale secured two awards as Amelia Flanagan was named Best Young Performer and cameraman Mike Plant received the Tony Warren Award.
- Coronation Street featured only in the Outstanding Achievement Award for David Neilson’s three-decade portrayal of Roy Cropper.
