• BBC One replaced EastEnders on June 9 with live coverage of Wales’s World Cup qualifier against Belgium, which kicked off at 7:45 pm from King Baudouin Stadium and ran until about 10 pm.
• Episodes will resume on BBC One from Tuesday, June 10, at 7:30 pm and will be available on BBC iPlayer from 6 am on the same day.
• Bobby Brazier, who has played Freddie Slater since 2022, is confirmed to be leaving the soap to pursue other opportunities outside EastEnders.
• Under new executive producer Ben Wadey, EastEnders has announced casting plans that include the return of several former high-profile characters.
• Lacey Turner is scheduled to take a break from her role as Stacey Slater later this year.
