Eagles Sign John Ross to Boost Receiving Corps After Parker's Retirement

Former first-round pick John Ross joins Philadelphia on a one-year deal, aiming to revive his NFL career.

Ross set the 40-yard dash record at the 2017 NFL Combine with a time of 4.22 seconds.
He previously played for the Bengals, Giants, and Chiefs, but struggled with injuries and consistency.
Ross participated in the Eagles' rookie minicamp on a tryout basis earlier this spring.
The Eagles are looking to add depth to their receiving unit following DeVante Parker's retirement.
Ross will compete for the slot receiver position, primarily against veteran Parris Campbell.
