The Eagles' inactives are Adoree’ Jackson, Sam Howell (emergency QB), Azeez Ojulari, Drew Kendall, and Xavier Gipson, per the official list.
Tampa Bay lists Mike Evans inactive with a hamstring injury and he is expected to miss multiple weeks, while Baker Mayfield, Tristan Wirfs, and Chris Godwin are cleared to play.
With Jackson inactive and Jakorian Bennett on injured reserve, Kelee Ringo is in line to start at cornerback.
Earlier this week the Eagles placed Nolan Smith (triceps), Jakorian Bennett (pectoral), and Darius Cooper (shoulder) on injured reserve, with Smith set to miss at least four games.
Ojulari remains a healthy scratch despite Smith’s IR stint, leaving edge snaps to Za’Darius Smith, Jalyx Hunt, Joshua Uche, Patrick Johnson, and Ogbo Okoronkwo.
