E-Bike Rider, 65, Killed in Collision With NYU Langone Ambulance in Brooklyn

Investigators are reviewing the fatal crash that occurred during a response to a reported distress case.

A 65yr old man operating an electric motorcycle southbound on Ashland Place was pronounced dead at Brooklyn Methodist Hospital after he collided with a NYU Langone Hospital Ambulance operated by a 21yr old woman and heading northbound on Ashland Place at Willoughby Street in Brooklyn on Sunday February 1, 2026. 0737.
