• Vincent Vermeij has remained in part-training since contracting shingles shortly after his mid-August move from Düsseldorf.
• He trained with the group this week but is not at full fitness and is not considered a candidate to start.
• Stamm said Vermeij was only in the last matchday squad because three players were ruled out by an infection.
• The staff expect it will take several weeks before he reaches full match readiness in the 2. Bundesliga.
• Match practice is planned through a brief run-out with Dynamo Dresden II in the Sachsenliga or a 90-minute test on October 9 in Auerbach against Jahn Regensburg.
