- Dynamo Dresden updated its Stadionordnung and published a joint statement with ultras and fan representatives on August 12–13 that bars filming for commercial exploitation at Harbig-Stadion home matches.
- The ban targets videos made for monetization or wide reach and requires prior permission for creators who want to publish or profit from match recordings.
