Whenever you're not ripping zombies to shreds with your brutish powers in Dying Light: The Beast, you can opt to take them out from afar with firearms or hack them to pieces with deadly melee weapons.

Overview

  • The game goes live September 18 at 9 a.m. PT / 12 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. BST (September 19 in parts of Asia-Pacific), with the same launch time on PC and modern consoles.
  • PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC versions unlock together, while PS4 and Xbox One editions are scheduled to arrive later in 2025.
  • Techland announced an exclusive in-game reward for all preorders, with full details to be revealed during launch week.
  • Standard pricing is $59.99, and owners of Dying Light 2: Stay Human Ultimate Edition will receive The Beast at no additional cost.
  • The standalone entry brings back Kyle Crane and the series’ day/night parkour loop, adding new ‘beast’ abilities, vehicles, firearms, and four-player co-op.
