- Wicked director Jon M. Chu joined the panel as a guest judge as DWTS transformed the ballroom with songs from Wicked and the upcoming Wicked: For Good.
 - Producers combined Dedication Night and Wicked Night judges’ scores with two weeks of live viewer voting, a total that surpassed 100 million.
 - Whitney Leavitt and Mark Ballas earned the season’s first 10s for a 39/40 quickstep, matched by Jordan Chiles and Ezra Sosa’s 39/40 rumba.
 - The two-week leaderboard now shows Leavitt and Ballas in front with 72 points, with Robert Irwin and Witney Carson and Chiles and Sosa close behind at 71.
