- - The £25 arrives automatically with a reference showing the recipient’s National Insurance number plus 'DWP CWP'; eligibility covers Pension Credit, Income Support, income-based JSA, income-related ESA, Universal Credit and Support for Mortgage Interest, while Scotland and Northern Ireland run different winter support schemes.
