Overview
- The four-day Basque culture fair opened Friday in Durango and runs through December 8 at Landako Gunea and Plateruena.
- Ahotsenea will present 38 acts at Plateruena between December 5–8, with 12 artists debuting first albums in daily sessions from 11:00 to 22:00.
- For the first time, ticketed late-night concerts are scheduled at 23:30 on December 5–6, featuring Lukiek and Ezezez on Friday and Mirua and Naxker on Saturday, with €5–€10 entry.
- Organizers report 1,026 new releases alongside 285 stands and 273 events across the fair, and the University of the Basque Country is bringing 40 new titles, 30 in Basque.
- New illustration and podcast zones and the Ikasle Goiza program are drawing hundreds of students into workshops on comics, podcasts, theatre and film.
