- The first semifinal will see Shillong Lajong take on NorthEast United on August 19 at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Shillong, followed by East Bengal against Diamond Harbour FC on August 20 at Kolkata’s Salt Lake Stadium.
- Semifinal tickets went on sale on August 17 via BookMyShow with prices from ₹150 to ₹300 and a four-ticket per person limit, redeemable at Maidan box offices.
- Both semifinal matches will be televised live on the Sony Sports Network and streamed on the SonyLIV app and website.
- Debutants Diamond Harbour FC reached their first Durand Cup semifinal after upsetting Jamshedpur FC 2–0 and now face East Bengal in an all-Kolkata clash.
