Dungeons & Dragons Core Books Set for 2024 Release; Prices Rise 20%

Dungeons & Dragons will release updated versions of the Player's Handbook, Dungeon Master's Guide, and Monster Manual in 2024.
The books are referred to as the 2024 edition but are not technically 6th edition.
The new core books aim to improve the game while maintaining compatibility with current 5th edition content.
Physical copies of the new books and future releases will increase in price by 20% to $59.95.
The price hike and new edition were announced at a recent Wizards of the Coast press event.
