Dune Launches Real-Time Onchain Market Data Feeds

The product is designed to fold round‑the‑clock tokenized-equity and perpetual trade data into institutional pricing, risk and compliance systems so firms can use onchain price discovery inside existing workflows.

Overview

  • Dune announced Thursday that it has launched Dune Market Data Feeds, offering real-time spot and perpetual trade data that aggregates activity from more than 200 onchain trading venues across 12 blockchains.
  • The feeds include per-trade fields (price, size, buy/sell side), stable identifiers, links to the settling transaction and up to eight years of analytical data for backtesting.
  • Dune reports the product covers about 90% of onchain spot volume, estimates perpetual trading across covered venues at roughly $9 billion per day, and gives p95 delivery latencies of 1.34 seconds for spot and 590 milliseconds for perpetuals; those figures are vendor-reported and will need independent validation.
  • Regulatory change is a driver: the SEC issued a five-year exemption in September 2026 that opened a path for tokenized U.S. stocks to trade onchain, and Dune says tokenized stocks and ETFs traded over $37 billion onchain in Q3 2026 with monthly volumes up almost 18-fold since January.
  • Institutional desks stand to gain a consolidated view for pricing and risk but will run production and stress tests in volatile conditions to confirm coverage, latency and the feeds' ability to replace bespoke aggregation pipelines.
