DUI Charges Against Sister of CashApp Founder's Alleged Killer Dismissed
San Francisco District Attorney's Office cites delay in drug testing results as reason for dismissal, while investigation continues.
- Khazar Momeni, sister of the man accused of murdering CashApp founder Bob Lee, has had DUI charges against her dropped due to a delay in the results of drug testing.
- Momeni was arrested on Nov. 27 for allegedly sideswiping a string of cars in her white Mercedes AMG C 63, a car with a $150,000 price tag.
- Two counts of a hit-and-run, failure to drive within the lane, and failure to provide insurance at the scene of an accident were also dismissed.
- Momeni is the wife of plastic surgeon Dino Elyassnia and the sister of Nima Momeni, who will stand trial next year for Lee's murder.
- Nima Momeni had confronted Lee about his relationship with his sister before the stabbing.
