Ducky Bhai Breaks Silence With Apology, Alleges Abuse and Extortion in NCCIA Custody

His claims surface as NCCIA officials, including ex-Lahore additional director Sarfraz Chaudhry, face separate FIA action over alleged misconduct.

Overview

  • He was arrested on August 17 at Lahore Airport under a PECA- and PPC-based FIR accusing him of promoting gambling apps and related fraud, then released on Lahore High Court bail on November 26 after posting Rs1 million in surety.
  • In his first video since release, he apologized to the nation for any harm caused by his content and said he would cooperate fully with the courts and accept the judge’s decision.
  • He alleged custodial mistreatment by NCCIA personnel, saying he was slapped, insulted, and humiliated during interrogation, and that a child was used on a video call to berate him.
  • He further claimed officers sought Rs70–80 million to settle the case and said roughly Rs9 crore were transferred from his Binance account to an officer’s personal account, assertions that remain under investigation.
  • Separate from his case, the FIA previously removed Chaudhry from his post in September and arrested him with several NCCIA officers in October on charges including misuse of authority and taking bribes.
